So Monday night while we were still in P-Ville, Tucker started running a fever. We were up with him all night battling a fever, but no other symptoms. Once Tuesday morning came, and he stil had his fever along with being whiny and not feeling good..we headed back to houston so we could go to the dr. Headed into the dr's office thinking of the possibility that he was teething some more...And left with a prescription for Strep throat! I didn't even think of the culprit being strep, but the dr. swabbed his throat and thats what we have. I guess a good think b/c it can be treated with antiobiotics unlike a virus.
Any ideas of where he picked up the little creature? The dr. said he's pretty sure Tucker got it on Friday whenever we were there for our well-baby exam. Such bad luck..Take a healthy baby to the dr., and a couple days later, have a sick baby....
We are still giving him tylenol around the clock to keep the fever down, and he has now had 3 doses of antiobiotics, so we're hoping by morning he'll be feeling alot better~!

That's crazy!!! You're just trying to be good parents and do the right thing! At least it's not that gripe porcina (swine flu) I don't know what it's called now, but I know they changed the name. I'm kinda out of the loop! I hope Tucker starts feeling better soon!
